O Festival Mental – Cinema, Artes e Informação regressa de 14 a 17 de Maio para celebrar uma década de cultura ao serviço da saúde mental.

A décima edição decorre em Lisboa, no Cinema São Jorge, no atmosfera m (Associação Mutualista Montepio) e na Quinta das Conchas, reunindo cinema, música, teatro e projetos comunitários numa programação intergeracional e inclusiva.

Durante quatro dias, o público poderá participar em debates e conversas M-Talks, assistir à Mostra Internacional de Curtas-Metragens e envolver-se em segmentos como My Story, My Song, M-Natura e M-Click.

Única iniciativa em Portugal inteiramente dedicada à promoção e prevenção da saúde mental através da cultura, o festival tem como missão informar, inspirar e combater o estigma, dirigindo-se a todos os públicos, da infância à população sénior, com base no conhecimento científico e no poder transformador da criação artística.

Festival Mental – Cinema, Arts and Information returns from 14 to 17 May to celebrate a decade of culture in the service of mental health.

The tenth edition takes place in Lisbon, at Cinema São Jorge, at atmosfera m (Associação Mutualista Montepio) and at Quinta das Conchas, bringing together film, music, theatre and community projects in an intergenerational and inclusive programme.

Over four days, audiences can take part in M-Talks debates and conversations, attend the International Short Film Showcase and engage with segments such as My Story, My Song, M-Natura and M-Click.

The only initiative in Portugal entirely dedicated to the promotion and prevention of mental health through culture, the festival’s mission is to inform, inspire and fight stigma, reaching all audiences, from children to senior citizens, grounded in scientific knowledge and the transformative power of artistic creation.
